markdown: mentions carry the identity mark, quotes are visible
An @mention now renders the same glyph as the person's byline, through the resolver seam so markup still knows nothing about accounts. landings: use the shared composer frame, collapse the diff
The composer's textarea has no border of its own — it is built for the f-reply wrapper the ticket page and forum use, and without it the tabs and text floated unframed.
