fossil-scm.org answered 503 for the Fossil release tarball, and both test jobs failed before any test ran. The checksummed tarballs are now cached by version and checksum, so fossil-scm.org and zit's server are needed only on a cache miss; a cached copy is still verified before it is installed. |
