Bones libfossil-exit follow-up release. Closes the migration-gap issues bones surfaced during their adoption of v0.0.10's surfaces.
Bug fix: - fix(leaf/agent): Agent.Commit chains onto trunk tip by default — ParentID/MergeParents on agent.CommitOpts (#125, PR #133). v0.0.9-v0.0.10 always passed ParentID=0, producing orphan checkins; this restores fossil ci-style chain-onto-tip semantics. Empty repo case (no trunk tip yet) gracefully falls through to a legitimate orphan first commit.
New surfaces in the hub package: - feat(hub): OpenRepo + *hub.Repo type for server-less operations (#131, PR #134). Adds hub.OpenRepo(path) — a CLI-friendly handle that doesn't spin up the embedded NATS server. Refactors *Hub to share method bodies with *Repo. New Hub.Repo() accessor for sharing the live handle out of a running hub. - feat(hub): SetUserCaps + Config.NobodyCaps (#130, PR #135). Adds Repo.SetUserCaps so consumers can grant or change caps on existing users without leaving the hub package. Config.NobodyCaps applies caps to the libfossil-pre-populated 'nobody' user at bootstrap — the typical bones case (gio for unauthenticated clone/pull/push) is now one declarative field.
Plus: - chore: leaf bumped to v0.0.9 (PR #136).
Together with v0.0.10, this completes the bones libfossil-exit roadmap on the EdgeSync side.
