Bug fix for the v0.0.8 Commit orphan-checkin behavior:
- fix(leaf/agent): chain Commit onto trunk tip by default (#125, PR #133) Adds ParentID and MergeParents to agent.CommitOpts. When ParentID is 0, Agent.Commit auto-resolves the current trunk tip — matching `fossil ci` semantics. v0.0.8 always passed ParentID=0 to libfossil, producing orphan manifests that fragmented the timeline. Empty repo case (no trunk yet) gracefully falls through to a legitimate orphan first commit.
