Hotfix release for the v0.0.9 concurrent-clone deadlock.
- fix(leaf,hub): drop SetMaxOpenConns(1) from applySQLiteTuning so libfossil's clone path doesn't deadlock under concurrent clones (#120, PR #122). v0.0.9's leaf/v0.0.7 capped the DB connection pool to make per-connection PRAGMAs stick, but libfossil clone has internal goroutines that all need the conn — caused deterministic deadlocks in bones's hub-leaf-e2e tests.
- chore: now built against libfossil v0.5.0 (PR #121), which adds Repo.UUIDFromRID and whole-checkin Diff. EdgeSync's own cleanup riding on those is tracked in #112.
- chore: leaf module bumped to v0.0.8 (PR #123).
