— Merge trunk into cli: integrate the T-card sign-ordering fix, the F-card read-lenient import shim, and the streaming-clone memory fix ahead of landing the CLI verbs. Unify the duplicated sign->byte helper onto TSign.byte() (dropping the parallel signByte free function) and keep both branches' §4.7.16 ordering tests.
