on branch storage
— Add the LogStore: a framed append-only content-addressed object log with a 64-byte header and per-frame length, kind, hash, and crc, exposing intern, put, content, hash lookup, and commit over the storage capability, rebuilding its hash-to-offset index by scanning on open and truncating a torn tail, and driven through the fault simulator by the storage sweep
