New: commit -R STORE --stdin PATH with no checkout, log and diff -F json, rename following in log and annotate, purge artifacts to thin old file versions recoverably, serve --read-only, and exit 8 for content absent by policy. Commits and syncs now cost what changed: manifests are skip deltas, sync stores and sends deltas, and repo-cksum defaults off. The caches beside a store are rebuilt once on first open; the store and the wire stay Fossil's. Built with Zig 0.17.0.
