0.5.0 adds `zit import-git --into`: a repository imported from Git is kept
current by adding only the upstream commits it does not yet hold, with the
same check-in names a full import writes, so a Git upstream can be followed
the way a Fossil one is followed with `pull`. The leaf table is now kept as
Fossil keeps it, rechecked only on branch-tag events, and `ckout` is a
keyword only under `ci+`. The Fossil drafts ship as one file per draft
with every erratum folded in as its own check-in, six of them new.
