— worktrees: detached checkouts of one store (#59)
Every store writer serializes on an exclusive flock held open-to-commit (released before autosync and the drift advisory). A checkout's store_location section is resolved in one place; open --store PATH creates a detached working tree, and probeRoot accepts a checkout whose pointer resolves. Store-scoped verbs (pack, shun, serve) follow the pointer end to end. (user: dmestas, size: 125894) [annotate] [blame] [check-ins using]
//! zit working-tree tracking verbs (add, rm, mv, status, extras, clean, //! addremove, diff) and the helpers and tests private to them. //! //! Extracted verbatim from src/main.zig (release step S3). Every declaration //! below is byte-identical to its main.zig source; only this import prologue is //! new. Helpers still shared with other verbs stay in main.zig and are aliased //! back here so the moved bodies call them unqualified. main.zig's verb-dispatch //! switch calls into this file (`cmd_tracking.runAdd` ...); its test block imports //! it so these inline tests keep running under `zig build test`. const std = @import("std"); const zit = @import("zit"); const cli = @import("zit").cli; const extras = @import("../extras.zig"); const logstore = @import("zit").logstore; const storage = @import("zit").storage; const checkout = @import("zit").checkout; const Repository = @import("zit").Repository; const Io = std.Io; const File = Io.File; const managed = zit.managed; const artifact = zit.artifact; // Shared CLI helpers and test fixtures that stay in main.zig (other verbs use // them too); aliased back so the moved code and tests reference them by their // original unqualified names. const main = @import("../main.zig"); const symlink_unversioned = main.symlink_unversioned; const repo_filename = main.repo_filename; const reasonOf = main.reasonOf; const checkoutFail = main.checkoutFail; const managedFail = main.managedFail; const stateOom = main.stateOom; const max_tracked_file_bytes = main.max_tracked_file_bytes; const trackedFileSizeAllowed = main.trackedFileSizeAllowed; const executable = main.executable; const not_a_repo_msg = main.not_a_repo_msg; const diff_help = main.diff_help; const add_help = main.add_help; const rm_help = main.rm_help; const mv_help = main.mv_help; const status_help = main.status_help; const extras_help = main.extras_help; const clean_help = main.clean_help; const addremove_help = main.addremove_help; /// The per-path outcome of classifying one `add` argument.
