Track src/bisect.zig — omitted from the bisect commit 343d41b2f3

Resume the cli integration branch at trunk c2c837c5
The prior cli leaf was a closed integration point from before the recent slice; this reopens cli development at current trunk (timeline, mv, undo/redo, extras, clean, merge all present).
