The final family extraction, completing the split of the CLI surface out of main.zig. A pure behaviour-preserving move: the mutating verbs -- update, bisect, merge, revert, undo, redo, commit, amend -- and the helpers and tests private to them move verbatim into src/cmd/checkout.zig, byte-identical to their source but for the pub the dispatch switch forces on the eight dispatched handlers.

The move is non-contiguous: the update error mapper, the digest wire helpers, mintControlArtifact, and commitEpoch stay in main.zig because they are shared with other verbs or with main itself, so moving them would cross a cmd boundary or duplicate them. Shared helpers stay pub and are aliased so the moved bodies read unchanged. No helper duplicated, no cross-cmd import, test count unchanged.
