Re-beating every existing delta paid best-of-N delta.create plus a zlib trial per artifact and never converged -- each run re-encoded ~100k frames again for ~16 bytes each (#122). A delta whose declared raw length clears pickBase's own 75% bar is copied verbatim; one that fails it (a peer's poor base) still re-encodes.
