Fossil Run Artifacts

projects/fossil/runs/ is the checked-in placeholder for Fossil-specific repo-local run output.

Use one subdirectory per execution:

projects/fossil/runs/<run-id>/

├── evidence/
├── gates/
└── logs/            # optional

• public/ holds the public drafts and rendered public output for that run.
• evidence/ holds the internal proof chain for that run.
• gates/ holds PASS/FAIL records, rerun boundaries, and other stage-status artifacts.
• logs/ is optional and holds harness-local execution notes that are not public deliverables.

Keep reusable Fossil pack inputs at the top of projects/fossil/. Concrete run artifacts belong only under runs/<run-id>/.
