Template Project Run Artifacts

This file is a checked-in placeholder so cloned project packs inherit the per-project run-root shape.

For repo-local execution, keep one subdirectory per run under:

projects/<project-name>/runs/<run-id>/

├── evidence/
├── gates/
└── logs/            # optional

• public/ holds public deliverables for that run.
• evidence/ holds internal proof-chain artifacts for that run.
• gates/ holds gate/status artifacts for that run.
• logs/ is optional and holds harness-local execution notes that are not public deliverables.

Keep reusable pack inputs at the top of the project pack. Concrete run output belongs only under runs/<run-id>/.
