Associated wiki — branch/, checkin/, tag/, ticket/ — are notes attached to another artifact, shown on that artifact's page; fossil's own index hides them behind a Show associated wikis checkbox. They are 49 of fossil's 83 wiki pages, so listing them made the index 59% notes about something else. Now hidden, with the same opt-in fossil offers.
Replaces the namespace-collapsing from the previous check-in: that treated the symptom, this is the rule fossil actually defines.
The front door is pinned — a documentation directory's own index, else the README — since fossil has no per-document importance metadata and convention is the honest substitute.
