read plane: forum threads and technotes (v1 completion)
Fold Forum (G/H/I/W cards) and Technote (E/W cards) artifacts into forum_post/technote tables; forum.list/get and technote.list/get ops; threaded forum pages and technote pages through the sanitizer-gated markup pipeline; both kinds join the unified timeline (y=e|f) and nav. The parser already handled these types, so this is fold+render only. reindex: --nats support for multi-node cluster rebuild
reindex was embedded-only, so a node's index could not be rebuilt in an external-NATS deployment (the durable position and shared cursor live in NATS, outside a node's --data). --nats routes reindex through the shared plane; the reset republishes the census that every node's fold absorbs.
