tickets: table view with sortable columns, and a .json link
Fossil's dense report table as a third view, its headers sorting through a closed ORDER BY whitelist so a clicked column never reaches SQL from a URL. gofmt: format three files carried in from trunk

tickets: report filters, and chips that mute what every row shares
Six report axes as native selects in one GET form; the URL is the report, so a listing is shareable and scriptable with no query language. Counts run through the same filter and every header link preserves it.
