Stats are tallied at parse time so a windowed diff reports the whole file, and sit on the file header as well as the summary line. Tags come from checkin_tag, newest word per name winning. The timeline already had them; the ticket list did not — its row uses .Created and my earlier pass patched a different template that uses .Opened. Also added to ticket timeline entries and the forum queue. The note is no longer folded when long. It was folded past ~1200 bytes because fossil's auto-toc note runs three screens and pushed a timeline below the fold, but a note written about this artifact is the context you came for.
