The board was suppressed on /tickets in two places, both saying 'its lanes are one tracker's vocabulary, and K trackers do not share one' — a real argument, kept rather than deleted, but aimed one step too wide. The hazard belongs to the CONTROL: the Move menu offers every column the board draws and ticket.set does not police a status word (by design, or quarry could not edit trackers it can read), so a move there could write repository A's Review onto repository B's ticket and nothing would refuse it. The GRID is a reading, and reading K trackers needs no agreed vocabulary — this page already draws its chips and triage order from the defaults for the same reason. So the board renders with no move control, and moving happens on a repository's own board where the words are that tracker's. The old test now asserts the new rule instead of being removed. Found on the way: the column's drag and drop handlers were never gated on write at all — invisible on a repository board, where a reader who cannot write has nothing to drag and the POST is refused anyway, and visible here as a read-only column still carrying a move URL. Verified the repository board is UNCHANGED by rendering it from trunk's web.go and from this one and diffing the markup with relative times normalised: no diff.
