Settings fits a phone
The capabilities table sized to an <input size=28> it could not shrink, so the whole page was wider than the viewport and every field ran off the right edge. It scrolls in its own box now. Webhooks were a three-column table with an input and three buttons in one cell — the same bug, added by me. Rows stack instead.
