— refactor(sync): remove the prepared sparse index and service
The per-round walk serves a cone clone, and nothing but tests reached the prepared index or the service that built it, so both go with their successor index. The whole-store reference loader stays for the pull inventory, compaction, verification and crosslink, and keeps its budget tests. The shun and private gates the prepared tests covered are now checked against the walk. (user: [email protected], size: 2960) [annotate] [blame] [check-ins using]
