ci: check gofmt; format the tree
Sixteen files had drifted from gofmt: struct and comment alignment, one-line if bodies in auth_test.go, trailing blank lines, and a blank comment line gofmt now puts before an indented block in two delta.go doc comments. ci: pin zit interop to 0.7.3
zit 0.7.3 (version-0.7.3, check-in f18e3cc041) carries draft check-in 39546186f4, the minted seed floor of horizon §5.2.2 that go-libfossil implements since #485, so the pinned interop zit and the pinned draft copy agree again.
