Provision ticket schema at repo creation (#46)

Newly created repositories were missing the ticket and ticketchng tables and the ticketchng_idx1 index that fossil new provisions. Stock Fossil's web UI queries the ticket table unconditionally (e.g. info.c's artifact-detail lookup: SELECT 1 FROM ticket WHERE tkt_uuid GLOB ...), so opening a libfossil-created repository with the stock fossil binary and visiting /info/<uuid> crashed with "no such table: ticket".

Add the ticket and ticketchng table definitions and the ticketchng_idx1 index to schemaRepo2, taken verbatim from zRepositorySchema2 in fossil's src/schema.c, in the same position canonical fossil places them (after attachment_idx2, before cherrypick).

Verified against a real fossil new repository: sqlite_master table/ index diff and per-table .schema diff for ticket/ticketchng now match exactly. check-in: 099ddb1b7a user: [email protected] tags: trunk

Initial open source release

libfossil is a pure-Go implementation of the Fossil SCM, reading and writing the same .fossil SQLite repository format as upstream Fossil.

This is the first public release of code that previously lived in a private repository. The module path is github.com/danmestas/libfossil and the binary is named libfossil to avoid $PATH collisions with upstream fossil.

Included: - Repo lifecycle (create, clone), checkout/checkin, timeline, merge, diff, annotate, shun, tag, branch, bisect, stash, undo/redo - Sync-over-HTTP protocol (client and handler) - Two SQLite drivers: modernc (pure Go, default) and ncruces (wasm-capable) - Observer interfaces (SyncObserver, CheckoutObserver) with an optional OpenTelemetry implementation in observer/otel (separate submodule) - Deterministic simulation testing harness with BUGGIFY fault injection - Kong-based embeddable CLI under cli/ and a standalone binary under cmd/libfossil/ check-in: f5744359d3 user: [email protected] tags: trunk
