The zit interop and horizon-seed tests compared bytes with a real zit only on machines that had one; CI installed none, so every one of them skipped there. The modernc job now installs zit's released 0.7.1 Linux tarball, pinned by its SHA256SUMS entry as fossil is, and runs the unit tests with REQUIRE_ZIT_BIN=1 so a missing or outdated zit fails the run. |
