• File cli/repo_submanifests.go — part of check-in [7a2f6dbe7a] at 2026-10-18 17:19:07 on branch feat/submanifest-reader — fix(cli): refuse an explicit --k 0, and restore the SDK source links

  `repo submanifests enable --k 0` ran automatic selection; §8.1 refuses an explicit k outside 1..12, so only an absent --k selects now. The SDK pages are rebuilt with gomarkdoc's repository flags, which a worktree cannot detect, so their source links match the published pages again.
