build(deps): bump github.com/danmestas/go-libfossil to v0.14.0
Moves the root, leaf and bridge modules from v0.11.1 to v0.14.0, which adds sub-manifest trees and sparse cones and carries the fossil-parity fixes from v0.12.0 to v0.14.0.
